Our professional and knowledgeable staff will provide custom care for your horse at our beautiful 20-stall facility. The farm is located off of Young's Road, with direct access to over 3,000 acres of the Walthour Moss Foundation enjoyed by eventers, dressage riders, hunters, jumpers, drivers, and pleasure enthusiasts all year long!

Some of the best horse trainers in dressage, eventing, hunter/jumper, and driving are located in Southern Pines, just a short hack or a quick trailer ride from the farm. Fair Oak Farm is home to dressage trainer Sidley Payne. Level 3 ICP Certified Instructor/AHSA 'r' Dressage/Combined Training judge Nanci Lindroth also teaches at Fair Oak. Grand Prix dressage trainer/USDF medalist Jim Koford comes to Fair Oak when he is in the area. Boarders may have any trainer of their choice come to Fair Oak Farm to teach at no charge. All trainers welcome.

Fair Oak Farm has all the amenities you would need for your training program: dressage arena, jumping field, miles of trails, etc. Fair Oak Farm is a full-care board facility with all the advantages of a large professional training facility, but with the friendly atmosphere of a private barn. Riders and drivers of all disciplines welcome. We have clientele who are serious competitors in dressage, eventing, and hunter/jumpers, along with foxhunters, pleasure riders, and those who just want to go out on the trail once in a while!
